Embody Your Truth is a powerful 6 month container for women seeking freedom in all areas of life. We are taking a deep dive into you, a deep dive into what makes you unique and releasing the shackles that have you expressing yourself as a safer, milder and smaller version of who you are. 

​

You are done with being held back from your truest version. You know your truth sits within holding back from this world because it doesn’t feel safe because you’ve been told it isn’t safe. Imagine a life where you get to be fully expressed and fully you without fear anymore…you are worth fighting for. You are worth getting to know on a deeper level and Embody Your Truth is exactly that, a journey to your truth, freedom and expression. 

You’re life, you’re way because doing it their way isn’t right for you anymore.

My name is Steph and I once lived as a version of myself that was dull, small, safe, and not expressed. This led to years of pain and suffering, my health suffered, my relationships suffered too and I was in a job I hated, life was happening to me and I couldn’t get off the hamster wheel. I was living completely misaligned with who was sitting within waiting to be shared with the world.

​

Oneday something deep and strong within me told me to wake up, it told me that if nothing changes everything will remain the same and I decided that I no longer wanted the reality I was living anymore. 

If nothing changes, nothing changes so I chose to change. 

​

I know what it’s like to be in your shoes, to feel like your light has been snuffed out and there is no way to ignite it again. 

​

Let me show you how to peel the layers of hurt and suffering and turn that into love, passion, direction and purpose. It’s time to meet yourself and I will lead you along the journey because I know what's ahead for you and I know you are completely worthy of being your truest version even if right now you have no idea of what that is. I am here making a stand for your highest version and I will hold you while we journey towards getting to know her.
